Work looks great and my car is mine again as I didn’t like it after the non-fault accident. Checking in and out of the bmw garage was easy. The lady on the desk was busy when I collected my car shortly after they opened on Tuesday so a gentleman gave me my certificate to show that the work was BMW approved....I really wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.....took the hire car keys then showed me to my car. I could see that they had replaced the rear bumper and number plate which look fantastic from the 3rd party shunt from behind. The only minor feedback that I have is that the garage didn’t tell me what they’d actually done, which would have been nice to know. When my husband called in on the day of the accident for an initial repair assessment (which is how Auxillis was recommended to us) the assessor said he wouldn’t know the damage for sure until they had removed the bumper, which I understand but it would have been nice to know if there was any further damage or if the rear sensors had had to be replaced with the bumper etc. The repair work is superb and I was contacted on Monday afternoon after taking my car in to say that it was all done and awaiting collection so I collected it on Tuesday. And my car was all cleaned and shiny again. The service offered Was brilliant and took the hassle out of it for me. Thank you.

Helpful overall but I did need to call for updates and time scales

Even though on first inspection after the work had been carried out I wasn't quite happy the customer care I received was excellent. They promised to get it right and on my return a second time had definitely delivered. A really good job .

The garage did a top quality repair which was seamless from drop off to collection.

Very impressed with the service received from Haliwell Jones accident repair centre, Warrington. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, who made the whole experience very easy from start to finish.

Repair delayed for over a week as did not have parts, although at the time of booking in I was advised necessary parts were in stock.

The staff upon entering the building weren’t very welcoming at all. I’d never visited before and wasn’t sure where I had to go or what I had to do. The person who came out to take photos of my car was very polite and explained what would happen next. The repairs to my car were done pretty quickly and look amazing. Can’t fault that at all.
