Staff friendly. But kept on moving the completion date when I phoned on arranged date of completion. This is not helpful.

I was very happy with the work done. They were also helpful at all times.

In all honesty I am not happy with the service or the work they have done to my car. I was told that I would be contacted a couple of days after they picked up my car (which they just drove away themselves using my fuel and putting more miles on the clock!!) I never heard anything. Whenever I wanted an update I had to ring up myself. The job they have done on my car is poor, I had someone go into the back of me which meant I was in need of a new rear bumper and boot. The boot they have put onto my car is clearly second hand! I have a new 63 plate car so I was not happy!! The back window on the boot is badly scratched/smeared resulting in an unclear view through the window!

Initial communication was helpful and they collected our damaged car from home in Hereford as it was not drivable. I had no feedback for over a month as to the progress. It was good that they brought the car back to us. Unfortunately the repairs had not been carried out to a good enough standard, which they accepted and agreed to put right within the month, which will include them providing us with a hire car whilst repairs are completed. The customer service is good; just a shame that the repairs couldn't have been completed to the same standard first time.

The car was picked up from my home at a time to suit myself and brought back the following week. The works all look great, happy days!

I wasn't impressed with their poor facilities. Nobody there when I visited in reception.

They completed an excellent structural repair to the rear of my car and now the tailgate shuts perfectly as it did before the accident. The rear bumper colour match was not quite right first time (very close), but a better match was found on re-inspection and will be completed. The engineer was helpful, polite and agreed immediately. Very happy so far!

From start to finish the garage showed that it was a well organised business.

The garage was friendly and I got my car back a couple of weeks later good as new. I also received regular updates from the garage. Thanks.

The work to my car took a long time and there wasen't much communication. But when I did speak with them they were very courteous and thorough.
