The garage were excellent in keeping me informed of the repair, the quality of the repair and the service overall. They were exceptional in this regard.

Really good experience overall. Only down side is my completion date has been postponed 4 times and I have not been kept posted the last time they postpone the completion date.

They were prompt and very friendly when they got in touch. It did take a couple of days before the repairs were started. The quality of work seems to be good and the customer services are excellent.

Patchy paint work on door - paint runs on refurbished wheel - have not told garage about this. (Seams a little slap dash). Also the garage did not inform me that they would be driving my car to the garage instead of using a flatbed. Garage had some confusion over insurance instructions, so called me, I then had to call insurance (which they sorted out straight away).

The garage were very friendly and accommodating, and kept me up to date with progress at all times.

They do not reply to emails! On return of my vehicle and advising them within a week there is still a problem with my tyres scensor, I was advised it has nothing more to do with them and to contact main dealership or read manual and reset it myself. They reckon it costs around £12k to fix my car yet washed their hands of it far too quickly. Not happy!

Very friendly and proactive. Cannot see the scratch anymore! Upon leaving the garage, I have spotted minor scratches to my car which were not there - they have fixed it in timely manner. Very satisfied.

Really helpful and they did a great job on repairing my car.
