Must be a very busy garage as was waiting over 3 weeks for my car to go in for the repairs. Overall good, positive experience.

6 weeks to do a repair not good enough.

The garage repaired the rear end when I was hit in a collision. The colour match is great all parts seem to be working just doesn't seem to line up as it should! Also my rear glass was scratched which was highly visible with the black tint. The garage are going to be looking at it to resolve the issues. But some of it should have been picked up before they handed it back after inspection. The ford badge hadn't even been replaced. And the sticking on the rear bumper is a very messy job underneath.

I was extremely pleased with the service provided by the garage. Very courteous and helpful during the entire process. The quality of the work was very good, the car was spotless when returned to me. Definitely would go back there and recommend to friends.

Service was good but the facilities were lacking

The garage was ok although very crowded. No room to manoeuvre the vehicle even. The space was too small. However the manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. My car was missing some parts and he managed to order new Ones and replace them. The car was delivered by him to me the following day. He was also very kind. I was happy with the service.

Straight forward. Delivered what was promised. Would use again.

The garage provided a very efficient drop and collection service and the quality of work done was extremely good.
