I dealt with them over the phone. They came and collected the car and brought it back to me when it was finished.

The workshop is tucked away in a rather shabby area of an industrial estate and cars were parked on the street and on verges but the receptionist had the details and checked the car in efficiently. They were happy to answer questions during the repair process and collecting my car went very smoothly. The repair appears to be excellent.

Service was excellent. Both the reception staff, owner were very helpful.

Repairs to my car were carried our very quickly. Car was picked up on Monday morning and was available by the Thursday, though I collected my car on the Friday morning. Repairs included a new bonnet plus grill and other items.

My car took almost 3 months to completely repair. My car was returned to me and the hatchback did not lock. The car sat at my address for 2 weeks unlocked because garage was closed for the Christmas period. It was taken back and repaired, then on return to me the rear wiper did not operate. Mechanic declared the wiper to be now working. This now worries me that the fault is intermittent and may return. Communication with the garage was poor and mostly initiated by me. Central locking on hatchback is still poor unless boot is closed quite hard
